Accessibility Specialists
Job Description:
Accessibility Specialists at AFixt are responsible for finding issues in customer systems and guiding the remediation of those issues. At AFixt, you’ll work in close collaboration with our highly skilled developers to ensure that the accessibility issues in our customer systems are fully repaired. Successful candidates will meet the following requirements:
- Interest in Accessibility and Usability
- Knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript
- Knowledge of JAWS, Voice Over, Zoom Text, TalkBack, and Dragon Naturally Speaking
- Knowledge of WAI-ARIA
- JavaScript Development Skills would be a plus
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree desired but not required; may be substituted for 5 years of Accessibility experience. Effective working knowledge of accessibility verification tools, assistive technologies, web & mobile
technologies, and accessibility standards.

Web developers
Job Description:
Developers at AFixt are responsible for efficiently and accurately repairing the issues in customer systems that are discovered by our accessibility specialists. We are looking for full-stack developers with strong front-end skills who also have experience in template development for a variety of content management systems such as WordPress, Drupal, Shopify, etc. A strong understanding of modern software development practices such as Git, unit-testing, functional testing, and
continuous integration is a must.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field or six (6) years’ directly related experience will be considered. Ability to identify potential tie-ins with other systems and platforms. Analytical skills; ability to solve a range of straightforward problems, analyzes possible solutions using standard procedures. Ability to communicate technical guidance and instruction to users on the use of systems and/or applications. Ability to effectively handle pressures and demands of deadlines and competing priorities. Ability to handle confidential information and material with the highest degree of professional responsibility.

Project Managers
Job Description:
Project managers at AFixt are responsible for the effective and efficient management of the work we do. They’re the intermediaries between all project stakeholders who work with sales to develop project scope and cost estimates, work with the executive team to develop human resource requirements, and work with the project team and customers on work plans, time schedules, communication plans, and makes work assignments to meet project or program objectives.

Senior Accessibility Consultant
Job Description:
AFixt is looking for a Senior Accessibility Consultant with strong front-end development skills and extensive accessibility knowledge. Suitable candidates will have detailed knowledge of WCAG 2.2 and WAI-ARIA. They must be motivated and willing to learn new technologies and techniques. They must be able to collaborate with team members, meet deadlines, and work independently.

What you will be doing
You will work in a team environment to collaborate with other AFixt team members and customers in finding the best solutions to meet our clients’ needs:
- Accessibility testing using AFixt’s robust methodology, focusing on accuracy and completeness
- Developing and delivering accessibility training
- Design and development
- Consulting on policy and strategy for our customers
In addition to the above, the right candidate will be leading a team of testers and will oversee the quality of deliverables. You will participate closely in business development including assisting with SOW and proposal generation and will be responsible for ensuring the profitability of our consulting services.

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Salesperson to drive business growth through client acquisition and relationship management. You will play a pivotal role in promoting our services, building strong customer relationships, and ensuring our clients understand the value of digital accessibility for their business. Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage potential clients in industries that require accessibility solutions, such as e-commerce, education, government, and healthcare.
- Generate and manage sales leads through cold calling, email campaigns, networking, and inbound inquiries.
- Understand clients’ needs and offer tailored solutions from our service portfolio, including audits, website remediation, training, and strategic consulting.
- Deliver presentations and proposals to decision-makers, demonstrating the ROI and compliance benefits of accessibility services.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to foster repeat business and referrals.
- Collaborate with the marketing and technical teams to refine sales strategies and improve customer engagement.
- Stay updated on accessibility laws, regulations, and industry trends to effectively position our services.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in consulting, SaaS, or tech-related fields.
- Proven experience in selling to Enterprise customers
- Knowledge of digital accessibility (WCAG, ADA, Section 508) is a strong plus, but not required. Training will be provided.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a customer-focused approach.
- Ability to present complex concepts in a clear, persuasive manner to non-technical stakeholders.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently in a remote environment.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and sales management software.
