Automated Monitoring is delivered through our proprietary testing platform, deployed as a Site Monitor across your designated web properties. We configure the tool to crawl and test defined sets of pages—either entire sites, key templates, or user journeys—on a recurring basis (typically monthly). This ensures that new or updated content is continually checked for conformance to WCAG and platform-specific accessibility benchmarks.

Each month, clients receive an Executive Summary and detailed issue logs in spreadsheet format, prioritized by severity and mapped to WCAG success criteria. These reports highlight regressions, trends, and areas that require attention—empowering your team to take action before accessibility debts accumulate.

Manual Monitoring for Usability Blind Spots

Manual Monitoring augments automated scanning with targeted human review of selected components or workflows. Each month, we rotate focus areas (e.g., navigation, forms, color contrast, keyboard traps) and test manually using assistive technologies. This helps uncover usability issues that automation alone cannot detect, such as improper focus handling or dynamic content behaviors.
